Vinyasa: A higher intensity flow class to connect your movement with your breath. We will integrate strength and flexibility throughout our postures and find moments in-between to settle in the stillness
Gentle Flow: A slow flow style practise which gives us a lot of time to sink into deeper stretches and find an ease to the breath and the nervous system. This practise is a great way to relieve tired muscles and do less by feeling more
Mobility/Stretch
We will focus solely on various stretches targeting lower body, back, neck and shoulders. Different from your yoga practise there won’t be many transitions just space to release tight and tense muscles. A perfect class for those who play sports, workout or have a desk job!
Sculpt
This is your pilates meets yoga class. Using bodyweight, we will strengthen, tone and stretch the entire body leaving you feeling strong and energized.
